Shipping Policy

All of our products are made especially for you, we really hope you love our products!We want to ship your order within 3-6 business days, but this can be based on stock supply or on order volume. If your order has unusual delays, we will contact you via email. When you place an order you should receive a confirmation email, which contains your order details. If you do not receive the conformation email, please email me at allieccases@gmail.com. Once we ship out your order, you should receive another email that includes a tracking number. It typically takes 3-6 business days for delivery, but it may take a little longer if you are outside the US. If you receive a damaged product, please email me as soon as possible, so we can make it perfect! If you have any other questions please email me at allieccases@gmail.com.


Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, we are not accepting returns. If you find that you accidentally ordered the wrong size, received a damaged item, or need to exchange for any other reason, we will happily do so within 14 days of receipt. Just send us an email at allieccases@gmail.com with the details of the exchange request, and we will discuss any issues you may have.
